A Journey of Self-Discovery...
Are you ready to invest some time in yourself? Is it time to reflect and re-focus and re-discover what is most important to you? Every mid life woman has different challenges and goals, so this programme is structured so that your individual AWA journey fulfils your specific targets. We guarantee that there is no other programme like this on the planet.
So what's included?
- Four training events held over a 10 month period (that's one event every three months)
- Your own personal coach to continue working with you in between the training events
- A peer support group with the other women on your programme
- An on-line community of women to share success stories
- An annual 'Age with Attitude' conference where you can come and network with like-minded women
What's it really all about?
The programme is built around our unique concept of the '8 Attitudes of the Successful Mid-Life Woman' designed to allow you to explore what you want to create in your life.
Event One: Wake Up (3 days)
We spend the first three days working with you to assist you to get clarity on your goals and giving you the confidence to go for it! This session is called 'Wake Up' as it's time to decide what you want to create for yourself in your life.
This session focuses on the first two Attitudes:
- I live my life on purpose
- I create what I want
Event Two: Be You (2 days)
We use powerful personality profiling tools to explore how you are spending your time at the moment and how you'd like to spend it. We also explore who you really are and what's important to you when you are truly being yourself using our Goddess Archetype questionnaire and our Values Elicitation process. This session is based around the next two Attitudes:
- I know who I am
- I am true to myself
Event Three: Feel Great (2 days)
This session takes place at the amazing Lendrick Lodge in Scotland (www.lendricklodge.com). The location is used as a spiritual retreat and we go there to focus our minds on the next two Attitudes:
- I am good enough
- I like myself
Event 4: Live it (3 days)
This is the session that brings everything together. We'll review how far you've come and we'll ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals. We show you how to take time for you and to enjoy living in the moment so you can get the best out of your life. This session is based around the final two Attitudes:
- I take time for me
- I'm certain of my success
We show you how to invest in your future and to how to put goals in your future Time Line so you can be as confident of the future as you can be of the past. You will celebrate having made the changes you set out to achieve and knowing that you are living and loving the second half of your life.
